Honoring the men and women who served in the Vietnam War, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial chronologically lists the names of 58,272 Americans who gave their lives in service to their country. Approximately 1200 of these are listed as missing (MIA's and POW's). The Memorial is dedicated to the 2.7 million men and women in the U.S. military who served in the designated war zone.
